Payment

FROD accepts payment via Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. Payment will be charged on the specified date at checkout.

All payments are processed immediately and shipped on the same business day or the following business day.

All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.

FROD uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Pre-order

For pre-orders, you have the right to cancel your pre-order at any time until the product is dispatched.

Delivery

Your boxes will be shipped to you on the same day or the day after the payment has been processed.

Refund

If a refund has been agreed upon, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of Withdrawal

A full 14-day return right is provided for goods purchased in our Webshop.

The period is counted from the day you receive the order.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the notification you must return the shipment within 14 days.

The notification must be sent via email to hej@frod.dk. In the notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and state the condition of the product when you return it.

You are only liable for any depreciation in the product’s value that results from handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words – you may test the product as if you were trying it out in a physical store.

If the product has been tested beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you exercise your right of withdrawal you will only receive a partial refund or none of the purchase amount, depending on the product’s commercial value.

To receive a full refund of the purchase amount, you must treat the product the same way as you would in a physical store. You may test the product, but not use it in an actual manner.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint through the European Commission's online complaint platform.
